User Name Not Seen In Print Auditor

I have set up print auditor and I am getting back all the information I require except the name of the user who was printing.

This has been seen to happen only when you are not using winport. You must use winport for this feature and no other lpr utility.

Token Ring Interface 044948 and Web Browser

I cannot get my web browser working with my T8204 and T8204+ Token ring interface?

This is correct. Web browsing of the T8204 and T8204+ is only supported on the Ethernet interface.

Image Not Complete

I have changed all the items in the printer which I believe could be to do with parts of the image missing intermittently. Yet the problem is still there.

This can be caused by a metal cover scraping toner off the belt. To check this slide the multi purpose feeder out and check that the plate with the green handle it sitting down square at the front. If not correct it and try again

Removal of the Windows Port Monitor from NT4.0

How do I remove the Window Port Monitor (WIN Port) program from my NT4.0 System?

To remove the Windows Port monitor, follow the instructions below.

Run: Regedit
In the registry, select the option: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE]
Now select: SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Monitors\WIN Port
Delete Value = WIN Port
Close regedit and reboot the PC.

Please be careful with all options within the regedit program, Because if you delete the wrong items and then reboot the PC, it could be possible that your system will never start up again, we recommend that this above procedure should be carried out by your systems administrator.
