| Selecting Additional Paper Path Options in Windows | |
|
When you install additional paper options on to the printer you must enable the options in the Printer’s Driver Properties so that you can select them from the application. To check that this has been done, look at the Printer Driver Properties through your application (File, Print, T9020 Properties). The picture of the printer that is displayed represents the paper sources that are currently available. If your chosen paper source is not displayed you have not selected it in the Printer Driver. Incidentally with your options enabled you can actually click the mouse pointer on the displayed printer properties in your application for the paper source that you require and the driver will select the correct paper tray. |

| Installing the Duplex Unit on the printer | |
| With the Duplex Unit Option there will also be an A3 Paper Feeder supplied. You must first remove the Paper Cassette Tray from the printer and replace it with the Duplex Cassette Tray that arrived with the A3 Paper Feeder. You may then select your Duplex requirements from within the Page Format Menu on the printer. | |
| Selecting Correct Paper Size | |
| When you change the size of the paper in the tray, be sure to set the rotary switch to the correct paper size. Failure to do this can result in paper jam errors being obtained. | |
| "Replace Parts" Error Message | |
| This message occurs to warn you that the Process Unit needs replacing with a new unit. The Process Unit is a consumable so you will have to purchase a new one. |
