T9108 - Printer Identity File

In the unlikely event of the T9108 printer losing it's identity, it can be recovered by downloading the identity file to the printer via the parallel port. Simply ensure that the printer is powered on and then copy the file to the printer from the PC DOS prompt as follows:

copy /b t9108a4.prn lpt1:

You will see the green led on the printer flash once and after this has happened, print a menu status page and you will see that the printer has regained it's identity. Click here to obtain the zip file that contains the identity file that you require.
