T9112 TN003 Rev New Installing or Re-installing A Print Unit |
| If you have had a paper jam at the front
of the printer, OR have been cleaning the inside of the printer, OR simply
installing a New Print Unit, and the Print Unit does not fit back in correctly
please check the following:-
There are two small metal latching levers (with Green Ends) for the silver feed roller located in the bottom of the opening where the Print Unit is installed. They are attached at either end of this roller. If these levers are left up or moved into the wrong position (OPEN - UP) and the Print Unit is inserted it is possible to damage either the Print Unit or the Levers. Therefore make sure that they are both sitting in the Down/Horizontal position. |
