T9412 TN009 Rev New . Spare Part Boards Have Wrong Firmware |

We have received reports from the field that replacement spare part controller
boards for the T9412 printers have the wrong firmware installed. When installed
in the printer and a printer status page is printed they may show the printer as
either a Samsung ML-6060 Series printer or a Xerox DocuPrint P1210 printer.
If you install a board in a printer and get either of the above reports, then the board can be resurrected to a Tally T9412 by downloading Tally firmware to the printer. Recommended firmware is version 1.12 available for download from the firmware pages on the Tally website |
